Powerpoint or PDF export error

This article describes what to do if you try to export your report as a PowerPoint or PDF file.

The error you receive looks like this:

How to fix

Navigate to the workspace settings:

Navigate to the License info tab

Check the license configuration part. It should either say something like a capacity trial (as you see in the screenshot above) or it should refer to a capacity.

If the section under Current license says ‘Premium per-user’, then you need to reconfigure this workspace and link it to a capacity or capacity trial. Click the ‘edit’ button and make sure it’s either of those options:
