Roles

DataTako features various roles for your convenience.

Organisation admin

The organisation admin has access to everything in the application, from creating users, to configuring whitelabel options.

Editor

This role is able to manage users, groups, settings, and manage access to reports, but not configure new reports or alter settings of existing reports.

Viewer

A viewer can only access reports that have been shared with them, through the ‘overview’ screen of the application. No report configurations can be accessed or any other settings.
