At DataTako, we aim to make payments and billing as seamless and transparent as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle payments and invoices.
Payment methods
We offer a variety of payment methods to support our international customer base:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- SEPA Direct Debit
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region. At checkout or during subscription management, you’ll see the available options for your specific location.
Enterprise Customers
For enterprise clients with specific requirements, we also support custom payment arrangements. Please contact our support team to discuss tailored options.

Billing Structure
We believe in fair and transparent billing. That’s why:
- Billing occurs on the 1st of every month.
- You are only charged for what you actually use.
Prorated Billing
When you add or remove users during the month, your next invoice will automatically reflect this with prorated charges:
- If you add a user on the 15th, your next invoice will include half a month’s cost for that user.
- If you remove a user on the 15th, your next invoice will subtract half a month’s cost for that user.
This ensures that you are never overcharged and only pay for active usage.
